About The Position

MHV Pizza, a family-owned Domino's Pizza franchise operating in Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager. The role is responsible for everything that happens during a shift and for working toward company goals, including controlling inventory, labor, and cash costs while providing excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager sets an example by following company policies and procedures and holds team members accountable to those standards.

The company offers paid manager training through videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training. Managers are encouraged to progress at their own pace, ask questions, and pursue advancement within the organization, including potential progression to General Manager, District Manager, or Franchisee.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must not have had any drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last 7 years.
• Must have reliable transportation.
