About The Position

Flyin Brian Pizza, Inc., doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Fremont, Ohio-area stores. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of the store and receives training in customer service, creating a great customer experience, pizza preparation, cost management, and team leadership. The company promotes from within and states that Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and Franchisees have worked through the Assistant Manager position. Advancement to General Manager may be possible within six months of hire, including for candidates with little or no experience. The position requires availability five or more days per week, including weekends, and driving is required for managers to support the store during high delivery times.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun.
• Pass a clean background check.
• Be over 18 years old and have one year of safe driving history.
• Have a working and reliable car or truck.
• Have valid vehicle insurance.
• Be eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently reside near the store location.
• Be available to work five or more days per week, including weekends.
• Be able to drive.
