About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role includes managing a shift team of 3 to 30 employees and performing the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Assistant Managers can receive management training and progress toward becoming a Store Manager.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
