About The Position

As a Domino’s Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the success of the store and its staff during your shift. The role combines operational management with team support, customer service, and efforts to improve sales and profitability. Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
• Manage staffing and support the training and performance of the team.
• Handle paperwork and work to a schedule.
• Manage costs, inventory, cash, and food operations.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service and manage customer relations.
• Support marketing and store profitability.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same.
