About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during an assigned shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, customer relations, and overall store operations. The role involves leading and motivating a staff of 3 to 30 employees, setting a strong example, and maintaining high standards for service, safety, and professionalism. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking customer orders, preparing products, processing payments, delivering orders, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. The schedule is described as flexible, but candidates must be willing to work when needed, including weekends and holidays. Weekly pay is offered.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Ability to motivate employees and help create a positive workplace.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
At least 18 years old.
Willingness to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
Good judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Professional appearance and strong role-model behavior.

Responsibilities

Manage all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Lead and manage a shift team of 3 to 30 employees, setting the tone and motivating staff.
Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, and answer the phone in a friendly manner.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Model punctuality, a positive attitude, and high standards for customers and coworkers.
