About The Position

Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a team-oriented Delivery Driver. Drivers are primarily responsible for delivering accurate customer orders safely and on time. The role also includes greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, washing dishes, preparing pizza, and providing excellent customer service. Drivers use their own vehicle for deliveries and may also operate the register, process sales, collect payments, and maintain a clean, organized work environment and professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s image standards.

The position pays $17.13 to $18.00 per hour in wages and is eligible for tips and mileage reimbursement. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least two years of driving history.
• Be able to multitask and manage time.
• Communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be legally licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in Washington state.
• Provide a Motor Vehicle Report with no more than two infractions in the past two years.
• Have a positive attitude, punctuality, dependability, and comfort communicating with strangers.

Responsibilities

• Use your own vehicle to deliver customer orders.
• Deliver accurate customer orders safely and in a timely manner.
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phones and take orders.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Prepare pizza and other products consistent with Domino’s standards.
• Wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
• Pitch in to help when needed.
