About The Position

Kwik Stop is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for its stores in Dubuque or Peosta, Iowa. The Assistant Manager works alongside the Store Manager to support daily operations, deliver a positive customer experience, and help build a strong team. The role is primarily 2nd shift, with scheduling flexibility considered while meeting business needs. Pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in convenience stores, retail, food service, or hospitality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and ensure a great customer experience.
