About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift at a Domino's Pizza store. This is a hands-on, fun, fast-paced position that requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The manager sets an example for the crew, follows company policies and procedures, and expects the same from team members. The role may offer opportunities to advance to General Manager and potentially to franchise ownership or corporate operations.
