About The Position

The Assistant Manager progresses through four stages of management training, with opportunities for promotion and hourly pay increases while preparing to supervise a store. Assistant Managers are responsible for store operations during their scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They may manage between 3 and 30 employees and perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage between 3 and 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
