About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The manager must set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the crew to do the same. The role also covers staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining the store’s image and standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
