About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping ensure food is hot and fresh, orders are delivered in a timely manner, and customers are well cared for. The role supports the store manager with daily operations, supervises and trains team members, monitors inventory, maintains food safety and operational standards, handles customer concerns and cash procedures, and supports store marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate team members to support an efficient, smooth workflow.
• Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
• Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
• Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
