The Assistant Manager will foster a sense of urgency with each order, manage dispute resolution to ensure customer satisfaction, and collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers. Additionally, they will ensure delivery vehicles are mechanically and visually sound, assist with routing drivers to maximize customer service while meeting Domino's standards for on-time deliveries, and uphold Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance. The role also includes promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions.
