About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting payments, ensuring product accuracy and quality, and delivering items safely and efficiently. This role also involves upholding company standards, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Delivery Driver will receive cross-training in various store operations, including food preparation, opening/closing procedures, and operating equipment. A sense of urgency, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually.
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
