Requirements

2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail, hospitality, food service, or operations environment
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant operational software
Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
Customer service excellence with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
Conflict resolution and mediation skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive engagement and productivity
Manage daily operational activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation
Monitor staff performance against established metrics and conduct regular performance reviews
Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and service standards
Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations and staff management
Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices
Communicate effectively with senior management regarding team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local requirements
Contribute to a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement
