About The Position

Dandy is hiring an Assistant Manager to provide leadership and positivity for TEAM Members, support the Store Manager, and help deliver excellent customer service throughout guests’ Dandy experience. The role is based at 244 Spring Street, Sayre, PA 18840, with a starting rate of $16.50 per hour and weekly pay. The position is full-time and includes evening work.

The Assistant Manager communicates with the Store Manager about store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions. The Assistant Manager is also prepared to cover any or all Store Manager responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check is required for consideration.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; bend and reach; frequently lift 10–20 pounds; and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in the retail industry is preferred.
