About The Position

K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run store shifts, provide excellent customer service, work toward store goals, assist the General Manager with business operations, and lead team members on shift. The Assistant Manager is expected to follow company policies and uphold the brand image as an ambassador and role model. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. The role also offers opportunities to develop leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills and to participate in community partnerships and donations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Run effective store shifts and lead team members toward store goals.
Take care of customers and help provide a positive, upbeat environment for customers and team members.
Assist the General Manager with all aspects of business operations.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and the brand image.
Manage the store and team in a high-volume environment and meet service goals.
Learn organizational and inventory skills.
Train and coach team members to achieve desired product, service, and image results.
Operate store equipment, including tending the oven.
Resolve problems and take ownership of issues.
Use time-management and multitasking skills in a competitive work environment.
Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
Learn and implement company marketing tools.
Manage store cleanliness and learn health-board standards.
Follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
