About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily pizzeria operations. The role includes leading and developing employees, maintaining operational efficiency and food-safety standards, delivering excellent customer service, and helping achieve sales and profitability objectives. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, inviting store and following Domino’s pizza-making, appearance, and customer-service standards. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to adhere to Domino’s pizza-making standards, dress code, cleanliness expectations, and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities
