About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time. This role involves leading the team, ensuring operational efficiency, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will maintain a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
