About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, profitability, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager must set a positive example, follow company policies and procedures, and expect the crew to do the same. The role involves working well with team members and other store management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew and follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the crew does the same.
• Handle staffing and paperwork as needed.
• Manage food and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support local store marketing.
• Work well with team members and other store management.
