About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations. The role also performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and may manage 3 to 30 employees during a shift. Responsibilities include serving customers, preparing products to company standards, delivering orders safely and courteously, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and meeting grooming standards. The position requires full open availability, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
