About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for running successful shifts, providing excellent customer service, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager with business operations, and leading team members during shifts. The role also upholds store policies and the brand image while serving as a role model for the team. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent the brand image and store policies.
• Manage the store and team in a high-volume environment and work toward service and store goals.
• Assist the General Manager with business operations and lead team members during shifts.
• Train and coach team members to achieve product, service, and image standards.
• Use store equipment, including tending the oven, and maintain safety standards.
• Take ownership of resolving problems.
• Manage time and multitask in a competitive work environment.
• Create a positive environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
• Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Learn and implement marketing tools.
• Manage store cleanliness and follow board of health standards.
• Follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
• Develop organizational and inventory skills.
