About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for running effective shifts, providing excellent customer care, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager with business operations, and leading Team Members during a shift. The role requires upholding company policies and the brand image while serving as a role model for the team. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Outgoing personality and positive, upbeat attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Uphold and represent the brand image and follow safety standards and company policies.
Manage the store and team during shifts, including in a high-volume environment, and help meet service and store goals.
Assist the General Manager with business operations.
Train and coach Team Members to achieve desired product, service, and image results.
Learn and apply organizational and inventory skills.
Use store equipment, including tending the oven.
Resolve problems and take ownership of issues.
Manage time and multitask in a competitive work environment.
Provide a positive environment for customers and Team Members while taking orders.
Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
Learn and implement marketing tools.
Maintain store cleanliness and follow applicable health standards.
Follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
