Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age.

• Maintaining a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Making Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
• Maintaining 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
• Working with Hustle and Energy in a fast-paced and efficient work style.
• Being friendly and smiling with all customers, demonstrating excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
