About The Position

Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers help ensure the smooth operation of the store. Working closely with the General Manager and other team members, they maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures; provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
