About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a scheduled shift, including store operations, cost and inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role involves setting a professional example, leading a team, and ensuring employees are in the right place and performing their duties. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing products according to specifications, delivering orders safely, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Valid driver's license.
At least 18 years old.
Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Strong attitude and motivational skills.
Ability to maintain high standards and serve as a positive role model.

Responsibilities

Manage all store operations during the scheduled shift.
Manage and motivate a staff of approximately 3 to 30 employees.
Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, answer the phone, operate the cash register, and collect payment.
Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Set a positive example for employees through punctuality, attitude, customer service, and professional appearance.
