About The Position

Panda Express is hiring an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store. The role includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The company provides at least three weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing career and leadership development. Associates are expected to uphold company policies and ethical standards and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and coworkers in an open-kitchen setting.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
Must be available for a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
Must be ServeSafe certified.
