About The Position
Palm Beach Tan is hiring an Assistant Manager for its tanning and wellness business. The role includes a required five-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Compensation includes base pay, commission, and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to effectively motivate others.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and develop store employees.
- Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
- Meet personal performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
- Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
- Meet banking, safety, operational, and legal requirements.
- Control labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses.
- Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
