About The Position

Marco’s Pizza is seeking passionate and experienced Assistant Managers for its Utah locations. The role is intended for people who want to work toward becoming a General Manager. Assistant Managers lead a team producing quality, hot, fresh, and consistent products for customers and are accountable for the location’s day-to-day operations. They must be able to manage team members, work under stress in a fast-paced environment, and maintain health and safety procedures. Training is required at the company’s training store in West Point.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Trustworthy, results-driven, and team-oriented.
• Passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others.
• Consistently gives sincere and total effort and demonstrates initiative.
• Comfortable using technology and restaurant equipment.
• Safety-conscious and willing to stop unsafe acts.
• Helps others succeed and supports team excellence.
• Aligns actions to support the team.
• Able to adopt Marco’s Cultural Beliefs.
• Willing to train at the training store in West Point.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in producing quality, hot, fresh, and consistent products.
• Manage team members and remain accountable for day-to-day location operations.
• Manage inventory.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Hire and train new team members.
• Maintain health and safety procedures and stop unsafe acts.
• Support team success and help teams excel.
• Attend training at the training store in West Point.
