This role involves managing daily store activities, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely deliveries, ensuring seamless operations during every shift. It also includes monitoring inventory levels, scheduling and managing labor, training new and existing staff, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, addressing customer inquiries, and acting as a role model and motivator for team members.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Leadership experience, preferably in the food service or retail industry.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store activities, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely deliveries, ensuring seamless operations during every shift.
Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure proper food cost management.
Effectively schedule and manage labor to optimize productivity while staying within labor budget targets.
Lead the training of new team members and ongoing development of existing staff to ensure consistency, skill growth, and team morale.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that meets Domino’s high standards and health regulations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, always striving to deliver a five-star experience.
Act as a role model and motivator for team members, fostering a positive, fast-paced, and supportive workplace culture.
