This role involves managing daily store activities, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely deliveries, ensuring seamless operations during every shift. It also includes monitoring inventory levels, scheduling and managing labor, training new and existing staff, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, addressing customer inquiries, and acting as a role model and motivator for team members.
