About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Assistant Manager for its 2205 E. Oakland Ave. location in Bloomington. The Assistant Manager helps ensure smooth store operations and delivers exceptional customer experiences. The role oversees daily operations and shifts, leads and develops team members, maintains food quality and customer service standards, handles cash and financial transactions, supports inventory management, and helps enforce company policies and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Proficiency in math and problem-solving.
Ability to manage and motivate team members effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
