About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations. The role oversees daily operations, supports customer satisfaction, and motivates the team to deliver a quality experience. The manager helps hire, train, and supervise employees; maintain efficient operations and compliance with food-safety and sanitation rules; address customer concerns; and contribute to sales and profitability through marketing, cost control, and financial analysis. The role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, inviting store and following Domino’s pizza-making and appearance standards. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss statements.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and maintain the required professional appearance.
