About The Position

As an Assistant Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced managers to develop leadership skills and learn how to run a successful Domino’s store. This role offers opportunities to grow within the company. Pay is $16.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, skill, and schedule. All shifts are available, and weekends are required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.

• Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred, but not required.
