About The Position

The Assistant Manager role involves directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working independently and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality-control standards, interacting with people, analyzing and compiling data, and making judgments and decisions. The position may also involve delivering pizzas within a designated delivery area and completing store tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.

Requirements

• Ability to work alone and with others and under stress.
• Ability to meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including prolonged standing, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Eye-hand coordination; shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of the forearms and wrists.

Responsibilities
