About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager who will progress through four stages of management training, with opportunities for promotion and increased hourly pay as they prepare to supervise a store. Assistant Managers are responsible for store operations during their shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role also includes performing Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations during the shift.
• Greet customers and take orders, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products accurately and consistently in compliance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
