About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping ensure hot, fresh food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner while providing good customer care. The role supports the Store Manager with store operations, team supervision, customer service, inventory, cash handling, food safety, cleanliness, and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow.
Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
