Requirements

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
Quick thinking
Desire to sharpen budgeting and financial skills
Ability to work independently
Passion for developing people

Responsibilities

Help maintain overall management responsibilities to keep the restaurant profitable, efficient, and running smoothly
Direct, coordinate, and jump into food preparation, order assembly, and customer transactions
Interview, hire, and train new team members while coordinating daily activities
Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control
Lead by example and actively manage your team to meet budgets and build sales
Opening or closing the store
Connecting with customers face-to-face
Assisting with scheduling the customer service team
Ensuring everyone delivers that quality food experience our customers crave
Coordinating activities
Participating in food prep and assembly
Handling financial responsibilities
