About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including store operations, cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role sets the tone and example for the store and may involve managing 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, helping serve customers, prepare products, deliver orders, and maintain the restaurant.

Requirements

• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform the listed customer service, food preparation, cash register, and delivery duties.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage cost, inventory, and cash control, and handle customer relations.
• Manage between 3 and 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers and take orders, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
