About The Position
The Assistant Manager role at a family-run, locally owned Domino’s franchise is an opportunity to learn to lead a team and grow within a 16-store company. The position includes training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring, as well as leadership skills and handling a fast-paced rush. Compensation is $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience. Team members are eligible for benefits, with eligibility for certain benefits dependent on approximate hours worked per week.
