About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all activities during a scheduled shift and is responsible for store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role involves managing 3 to 30 employees and setting a positive example for the team. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, helping ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers receive accurate, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers by vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
