About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management with a fast track to General Manager. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in restaurant operations, leads and develops team members, and helps deliver outstanding customer service while meeting food quality, speed, and accuracy standards. Training is provided, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The position offers 32–40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $15 and growth potential, plus bonus opportunities.
