About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations and lead team members. The role is full-time, offers 32–40 hours per week, and provides a path to General Manager and other management opportunities. Paid training includes one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. Compensation is $18.50 per hour, with growth potential, plus bonus eligibility. Applicants should bring strong customer-service and people skills, be comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment, and be available on weekends and for flexible opening and closing shifts. Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service every shift.

Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
