About The Position
Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead for a local Domino’s store. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences. The role includes running shifts, leading team members, preparing food, handling cash and basic store operations, and supporting daily store goals and standards. The position offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities for advancement, including paths to Assistant Manager and General Manager. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with the opportunity for increases with training.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
