About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for running shifts, providing excellent customer service, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager with business operations, and leading team members during shifts. The role requires upholding company policies and representing the brand as an ambassador and role model. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. The employer is an independently owned and operated Domino’s franchise.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Run store shifts and lead team members on shift.
Take care of customers and help meet store service goals.
Assist the General Manager with all aspects of business operations.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and the brand image.
Manage the store and team in a high-volume environment.
Learn organizational and inventory skills.
Train and coach the team to achieve product, service, and image goals.
Operate store equipment, including tending the oven.
Resolve problems and take ownership of issues.
Use time-management and multitasking skills in a competitive work environment.
Provide a fun, positive environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
Learn and implement marketing tools.
Manage store cleanliness and follow board of health standards.
Help the team achieve store goals.
Follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
