About The Position

K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to take and process customer orders and perform general store team duties. The role may offer opportunities to grow into management. Team members operate equipment, stock and prepare ingredients and products, receive telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean the equipment and facility daily. Employees must maintain a clean, proper uniform according to Domino’s standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates aged 18 and over must pass a background check.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise, rapid, and accurate movements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to crouch, squat, bend, or use stairs occasionally while performing job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain a clean and proper uniform according to Domino’s standards.
