About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations at a pizza restaurant in Dora, Alabama. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality standards, assisting the Manager with restaurant operations and staff management, and stepping in for the Manager when necessary.

Requirements

• Prior pizza restaurant experience is required.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide at least three credible professional references.
• Valid driver's license and dependable car with current insurance.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.

• Participate in menu planning and implementation of promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve efficiency.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized.
• Step in for the Manager when necessary and make decisions in their absence.
