About The Position
The Assistant Manager at the HUGO BOSS BOSS Outlet conveys a positive impression of the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The role helps lead the store team, supports sales and profit performance, manages inventory, and contributes to a goal-oriented selling culture centered on relationship selling, client development, and outstanding service. It also supports store management in ensuring Health & Safety standards and procedures are followed and documented.
Requirements
- One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop staff using effective communication skills.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help drive business with the merchant group.
- Support top-line sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate and respond to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure relevant Health & Safety conditions are fulfilled and help store staff achieve high standards.
- Know and follow Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation is recorded and maintained.
