About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Assistant Manager is expected to set an example for the crew by following all company policies and procedures and expecting the same from team members. The position offers the opportunity to develop management skills and advance toward becoming a General Manager, with promotion from within encouraged. With proper experience, Assistants earn $21 to $26 per hour, including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
