About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring for management positions, including shift runners and assistant managers. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from your crew. With proper experience, assistant and general managers earn $21 to $26 per hour, including sick pay, possible vacation pay, and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. The company promotes from within and offers opportunities to move up through the ranks.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Prior leadership experience preferred.
