About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role involves supervising and developing employees, maintaining efficient operations and food-safety standards, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales and profitability. The Assistant Manager is expected to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store, follow Domino’s pizza-making procedures and dress code, and bring a fast-paced, energetic, and positive approach to work.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Must adhere to Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures and dress code.
