About The Position

The Assistant Manager performs store operations duties and works productively in a team environment while overseeing all employees. The role includes operating equipment; stocking ingredients from delivery through storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing related paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

The position includes driving-related requirements: the employee must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a two-year driving history, meet company standards for a safe motor vehicle record, and maintain current liability insurance. Seatbelts must always be worn when driving for the company. Personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection. Drivers may be required to use a cartop sign, except when the vehicle cannot accept the fittings.

Requirements
